FEES:

  • $1040 Application Deposit (Due upon application), includes:

      - $290 Placement Fee, Cleaning Charge, and Background Check*

      - $750 Deposit (Refundable minus any due fees or damages and bank fees)

  • Spring 2025 (January 10 - June 05)

       - $ 6,750 Shared room and bathroom

       - $ 13,500 Private room and bathroom

  • Academic year 2025 (January 10 - January 05) including December break

       - $13,000 Shared room and bathroom

       - $26,000 Private room

Early move-in/move-out extra cost (upon availability)

*We do not guarantee a spot in the apartments due to limited space.

If you are not allotted a spot you will be refunded or can choose our

host family option.
